Subodh Samudre

Creative Director, Photographer, Film Maker, Musician, Teacher, Immigrant, Empathetic Human, and Husband. He is a visionary and proven agency leader with a track record of growing and transforming businesses with creativity, non-traditional thinking, cultural savvy, and tech-forward approach. He has a passion for leading with empathy creating work that brings culture and people together to build communities.

Subodh is a culture maker, leveraging diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and inspiration to create ideas that create impact and foster human connection. When the pandemic hit and the world shut down he co-founded Chk12 – a virtual live event marketplace where entertainment combined with commerce and allowed musicians and non profit organizations a way to authentically connect with their audiences and generate revenue. He is driven by a passion for craft and storytelling which is evident in his prolific output as a Photographer, Storyteller, Musician, and Director. His holistic approach to creativity and the many lives he’s lived makes him a uniquely suited creative force to tackle an increasingly complex and global marketplace. 

With 17+ years working in marketing and advertising on global Fortune 500 companies across every existing and emerging media channel his work has been at the forefront of culture and innovation and has connected empathetically with audiences worldwide. His deep roster of clients from retail, finance, tech, packaged goods, sports brands, and fashion makes him an incredibly fluid creative thinker. Having worked with celebrities, influencers, taste makers, and tech innovators Subodh’s work effortlessly blends in culture & cool with high concept ideas to make memorable work. He has held several leadership positions on the Agency & Brand side. Executive Creative Director at United Entertainment Group, and Vice’s Digital Agency. Creative Director agency side at Saatchi, AKQA, TBWA/Chiat, SS+K, Hudson Rouge, Chandelier Creative, Milk Studios – and Creative Director brand side at Apple, Meta, Google, TikTok. 

Subodh is also an educator and mentor. He is currently active as an Instructor with Book180 an advertising portfolio program teaching Creative Campaign Development, Art Direction & Design. 

Jen Hays

Creative Director, Designer, House Flipper, Non-Profit Founder, Empathetic Human, Dog Mom, Baker, Caregiver and Wife. Throughout her career, one theme has been consistent across her work: the end result is a fulfilling, human experience that resonates with people and deepens their connection with a brand. That philosophy, combined with her cultural savviness, joyful spirit and ability to elevate any project while maintaining a high bar for inclusivity, makes her a superpower for any client who wants their marketing to help them make a cultural impact that is influential.

Jen’s worked hand-in-hand with Levi’s CMO and brand managers to produce national and global activations, campaigns with iconic partners like DJ Khalid and Super Mario Bros, elevated the Levi’s brand to stand with sustainable fashion leaders and connect with a young, digitally savvy, eco-conscious audience. Jen also has the unique ability to elevate accessibility in her work, recently spearheading work for Daniel’s Music Foundation—a NYC non-profit organization that empowers musicians with disabilities through music training and awareness programs. Her leadership resulted in a brand update and website that raised the bar for what accessible creative looks like, provided a joyful experience for both the musicians and high-net-worth donors, and won an Anthem Award (launched by The Webby Awards to highlight social impact work across the globe). 

As Creative Director in marketing and advertising she displays the invaluable skill of being able to understand clients and their business challenges and provide impactful solutions that move the needle culturally. She’s led projects for clients at YouTube, lululemon, Barbie, Sandals Resorts, Target, Levi’s, Wild Turkey, West Elm, Under Armour, Chobani, Puma, Blue Apron, Oreo, Nexxus, Michael J. Foxx Foundation, TRESemmé, The Olympics, FritoLay, and Athena Shave Club—to name a few. She also worked on the brand side at Apple and Airbnb.

Jen is also the co-founder of The Broad Exchange, a non-profit which curates immersive, action-oriented events and resources for women and gender diverse people in creative industries to help them define and achieve success.
